Our standard payment terms are that payment is made in full on acceptance on the course.
Bookings/reservations may be made via email or telephone. Please quote purchase rate where applicable.
Once a booking/reservation has been made, a binding contract will have been deemed to be formed between Capital Ballet and the client.
Should circumstances mean that you cancel a course the following charges will be applicable:
More than four weeks prior to the course start date – rebate minus 20% for administrative costs
Two to four weeks prior to the course – rebate minus 50% of the course fee for administrative costs
Less than two weeks prior to the course – NO REBATE. Full fee amount will be charged.
Please note cancellations must be made in writing/email.
In the case of payments made in advance, then rebates will have provided after the appropriate deductions.
On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances and/or forces beyond our control may require us to cancel or postpone a course. In such circumstances of postponement you will be given as much notice as possible and a free transfer to the same course on a new date will be offered. If the course is cancelled, then you will eligible for a full refund.
We reserve the right to change venue if circumstances dictate but will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.
Fees are in UK Pound Sterling(£UKPS)
Students from outside of the UK are responsible for ensuring the fee amount is correct, taking into consideration the conversion rate at the time of purchase.
The fees do not include participant’s flights, travel, accommodation or visa costs/fees
All information that we hold concerning you will be held and processed by Capital Ballet strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. As an individual, you have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to obtain information from us, including a description of the data that we hold on you.
All participants will be suitably attired for class and rehearsals. Dancers are responsible for and must provide their own pointe/ballet flat/jazz shoes for all classes, rehearsals and performances.
Overseas Participants are responsible for securing all necessary visa’s etc to allow entry into the UK. Capital Ballet will provide invitation letters if required.
Failure to secure entry into the UK will be regarded as late cancellation.
The participant understands that by making a booking/reservation for a course place, it shall be considered a binding contract between the client and Capital Ballet under these terms and conditions’
Capital Ballet will endeavour to ensure that all relevant information about the studios and theatre will be provided at the beginning of the course. Capital Ballet does not accept any liability for any loss of personal property incurred by the participant.
Capital Ballet is not responsible for the sale of tickets, the contact details of the Theatre Box office will to be given at the point of acceptance on the course. Capital Ballet will not give complementary tickets to participants.
